Role Description The Recruiter role at Octorzo is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, updating and managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for candidates. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and project managers to understand role requirements, forecast hiring needs, and support workforce planning. Additional tasks involve contributing to employer branding initiatives, preparing job postings, and collecting recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, such as collaborating with hiring managers, understanding role requirements, and providing clear hiring recommendations.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication and relationship-building, including clear verbal and written communication, negotiation, and professional candidate engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in organization and analysis, including attention to detail, use of applicant tracking systems, and basic data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience as a recruiter or in HR, preferably in IT or software services; familiarity with technology roles; and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
