About the Role
We’re looking for a result-oriented Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment, source quality candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals & social media
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
• Coordinate candidate and client interviews
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Handle multiple job requirements simultaneously
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS
• Build strong candidate relationships and networks
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals & recruitment tools
• Sales, FMCG, or Retail recruitment experience is an added advantage
