🚨 Bench Sales Recruiter – Life Sciences (3+ Yr exp required)
📍 Location: NGRI Metro, Habsiguda, Hyderabad(Must be on-site)
Willing to work in Night Shift (US Shift)

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Market and place bench consultants across Pharma, Biotech & Medical Device.
- Source requirements through LinkedIn, job boards, vendor networks, MSP/VMS, and client channels.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, MSPs, and staffing partners.
- Handle submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, rate negotiation, and closures.
- Maintain consultant profiles, availability, and submission status.
- Develop new vendor/client relationships and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Ensure compliance with work authorization and client requirements.
🔹 Qualifications
- 3+ years of Life Sciences Bench Sales, Recruiting, Staffing, or Business Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of the US Life Sciences staffing market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/CRM, and MSP/VMS platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
