About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This full-time role offers a flexible work environment, either remote or hybrid, and is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and technical recruitment processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting highly specialized engineering professionals across various technical domains within the semiconductor and hardware technology sectors. This role demands a proactive approach to talent sourcing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently. The Semiconductor Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates that meet project and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruiting, with a preference for those with specialized semiconductor recruiting background. A strong understanding of semiconductor industry terminology, engineering roles, and development lifecycle is essential. Candidates should have proven expertise in sourcing niche technical talent, including roles such as design engineers, ASIC engineers, VLSI engineers, FPGA engineers, verification engineers, embedded engineers, firmware engineers, hardware engineers, validation/test engineers, and process engineers. Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills are required, along with proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience that demonstrates a solid understanding of technical and engineering concepts.
Responsibilities
The Semiconductor Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Specific responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong pipeline of semiconductor engineering candidates, collaborating with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The recruiter will utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, networking platforms, and internal databases to identify top talent. Conducting initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and project background is essential to ensure the right fit for each role. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information within ATS/CRM systems is crucial for tracking recruitment metrics and improving sourcing strategies. Additionally, developing and nurturing relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term engagement and trust is a key aspect of this role.
