Compensation:
● Probation: Rs. 10,000 per month
● Post Probation: Rs. 15,000 - 20,000 per month + Incentives (Quarterly)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closure.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling
● Conduct video screening of candidates
● Coordinate with clients throughout the hiring process
● Take complete ownership of assigned leads
● Work proactively and consistently meet hiring targets

● Strong communication skills
● Comfortable with high call volumes and a fast paced environment
