We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and results-oriented ‘Business Development – USA Recruitment’ specialist with experience in the Staffing & Recruitment Industry. This role focuses solely on acquiring direct clients. We are not targeting implementation partners, tier-1 vendors, or other staffing vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new direct clients for IT staffing services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls)
- Engage with key decision-makers (hiring managers) to understand hiring needs
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed staffing agreements
- Transition successfully closed accounts to the internal delivery team
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment
