We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Real Estate | Thane
Surabhi Realtors & Property Management Consultant LLP — 26+ years in real estate, 2,000+ successful transactions, and a reputation built on trust and transparency. Founded by Nityanand Gowda, we're MAHA RERA registered (A51700007389) and growing our sales leadership team in Thane.
📍 Location: Thane (on-site, full-time)
💵 CTC: ₹5 – 7 LPA (Based on Experience and Skills)
👥 Team Size: Managing a team of 3-4 Sales Executives
🎯 The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll lead our sales executive team and own the full property sales cycle — from client guidance to deal closure.
✅ What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 Sales Executives to hit monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage relationships with buyers, property owners, and investors
- Guide clients through the buying/selling process, including site visits and negotiations
- Run daily team meetings, track performance, and report to management
- Coordinate with legal and finance partners for documentation
- Stay current on Thane market trends, valuations, and RERA compliance
🧑💼 What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in Real Estate Sales — purely real estate background
- Proven experience leading a sales team
- Valid Real Estate License, strong grasp of RERA & compliance
- Based in Thane/Mumbai with strong local market knowledge
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
- CRM familiarity a plus
