Sourcing & Closing Manager — South Mumbai (SoBo)

The Mandate
This is not a role for someone who needs to be handed leads. We're looking for a closer — a self-driven dealmaker who already commands SoBo, walks into rooms with relationships intact, and has a track record of turning conversations into signed transactions.
You'll sell across multiple live mandates in South Mumbai, own your pipeline end to end, and be measured on one thing above all: business closed. If you've consistently sourced and shut sizable deals in this market, this is where your network and hustle get rewarded.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
Consistently hit and exceed monthly sourcing and closing targets across our SoBo mandates.
Build a self-sustaining pipeline of qualified UHNI/HNI buyers and channel partners that keeps producing without prompting.
Convert high-intent leads into closures with strong deal velocity and healthy realisation.
Become a trusted first call for the brokers, consultants, and clients who move SoBo's premium market.
What You'll Own
Sourcing: Generate quality business through your own network, channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct outreach — not just from what's handed to you.
Relationships: Nurture channel partners, consultants, and clients into a durable, revenue-generating network built on trust.
Closing: Run client meetings, curated site visits, and presentations that move buyers to decision. Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals to signature.
Ownership: Match client aspirations to the right property, coordinate documentation and transaction processing with internal teams, and keep every closure clean.
Market command: Stay ahead of SoBo pricing, competitor moves, and buyer sentiment — and use it to win.
Discipline: Maintain sharp, accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures so nothing slips.
You're Right for This If You Have
A demonstrable track record of closing multiple high-value real estate transactions in South Mumbai (SoBo) — this is non-negotiable.
An established network across channel partners, brokers, and premium clientele that you can activate from day one.
Sizable business numbers to your name on the sourcing and/or closing side, with the ability to speak to real deals you've driven.
Elite negotiation and closing instincts — you read the room and know when and how to land the deal.
Deep knowledge of the Mumbai market, especially SoBo pricing, inventory, and buyer behaviour.
Polished communication that lands with discerning, high-net-worth clients.
3–8 years in real estate sourcing, sales, or business development, with a graduate degree in any discipline.
Fluency with CRM tools and MS Office to run a professional pipeline.
