Job DetailsPosition: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales
Preferred Market Experience: Central Market
Experience: 2–5 Years as a Team Leader in Real Estate Sales
CTC: Up to 7.5 ₹LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Drive team performance through regular coaching, monitoring, and performance reviews.
- Support the team during client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Ensure effective lead management and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Track daily sales activities and maintain high team productivity.
Desired Profile- 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Real Estate industry.
- Mandatory experience handling sales teams and residential projects in the Central Mumbai market (Mulund, Bhandup, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, and Powai).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding team sales targets.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
