Role Description The Production Manager role at MANE in Naidupeta is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations in fragrance and flavor production. This role includes planning and scheduling production, managing resources, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Production Manager will supervise and develop production teams, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and cost control. They will coordinate with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and R&D to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and support new product introductions. The role also involves maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements, preparing operational reports, and contributing to strategic production planning.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in production management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality management, process improvement methodologies, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Proven people leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to analyze production data, manage KPIs, and use ERP or manufacturing systems to support operational decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in fragrance, flavor, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
