🚨 Urgent Hiring – Labour Mobilization Head / Labour Recruitment Specialist
Deepak Construction is looking for an experienced professional who can mobilize a large number of construction workers for ongoing infrastructure and industrial projects.
Position
Labour Mobilization Head
Responsibilities
- Recruit and mobilize skilled & unskilled construction workers.
- Develop labour networks across Maharashtra, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and West Bengal.
- Coordinate with labour contractors and local leaders.
- Explain salary, PF, ESIC, accommodation and other company benefits to workers and their families.
- Ensure timely manpower availability at project sites.
- Maintain recruitment and mobilization records.
Requirements
- Experience in construction labour recruitment.
- Strong network of labour contractors and workers.
- Ability to mobilize 100+ workers within a short time.
- Willing to travel to project sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
