Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Ed-Tech Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, permanent work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate should have prior experience hiring for Ed-Tech Sales roles and possess strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

- Position: Ed-Tech Recruiter
- Location: Remote / Work From Home
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Ed-Tech Sales Hiring
- Compensation: Up to ₹15,000 per Month + Performance Incentives
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in Ed-Tech Sales hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must own a Laptop/Desktop with a reliable internet connection.
- Candidates currently pursuing any educational program are not eligible
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and market insights.
- Provide regular hiring updates to management.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
