Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Control Specialist, located in Yavatmal. The specialist will oversee daily operations of inventory management, including maintaining accurate inventory records, managing shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring inventory control. Responsibilities include performing regular physical inventory counts, analyzing discrepancies, implementing controls to ensure inventory accuracy, and optimizing processes to meet organizational standards and efficiency goals. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management processes
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving operations
- Ability to conduct Physical Inventory counts and ensure Inventory Accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Experience in renewable energy or manufacturing industries is a plus
