Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Retail Inventory role based in Surat. The role involves managing daily inventory operations, including receiving, tagging, recording, and organizing jewellery pieces, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities include conducting regular stock checks, reconciling physical inventory with system records, and preparing items for display, polishing, and packaging. The position also supports the retail team by ensuring product availability, assisting with product information, and coordinating with the design and sales teams on new arrivals and customer orders. The role requires maintaining inventory documentation, adhering to security and handling protocols, and contributing to a well-organized, customer-ready showroom environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with Jewellery Design and Fashion Jewelry products, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong Customer Service skills to support retail operations and assist team members with product information.
- Experience or aptitude in Polishing and handling fine jewellery to maintain presentation standards.
- Comfort with Training activities, including learning and following inventory processes and supporting new team members.
- Strong numerical accuracy, record-keeping, and basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and adherence to security protocols for handling valuable items.
- Prior experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or inventory control is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in retail management, jewellery, or related fields is beneficial.
