Role Description The Store Visual Merchandiser at TechnoSport is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining compelling in-store visual displays that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance the customer shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include designing window displays, arranging product layouts, updating mannequins and signage, and ensuring visual standards are consistently met across the store. The merchandiser will collaborate with store management and sales teams to support promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. The role also involves monitoring store traffic and customer behavior to optimize display effectiveness and support retail performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail and Customer Service skills to understand store operations and shopper needs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to collaborate with store teams and support commercial goals.
- Candidates should possess creativity and experience in Window Displays and in-store visual merchandising.
- Relevant skills such as attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and knowledge of visual merchandising principles and trends are beneficial.
- Prior experience in fashion or sportswear retail environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Aurangabad and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with visual merchandising tools or design software are an advantage.
