Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design & Sales role based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will meet and consult with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, budget, and functional requirements for residential interiors. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, planning layouts, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating furniture and FF&E proposals that align with client expectations. The role involves preparing presentations, mood boards, and 3D views, showcasing design solutions and guiding clients through product options and pricing to close sales. The team member will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution of designs, monitor quality standards, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Furniture selection, with the ability to translate client preferences into cohesive design concepts.
- Strong Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for functionality, aesthetics, and efficient use of available area.
- Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and experience in specifying suitable products, finishes, and accessories.
- Effective Communication skills, including client-facing interaction, presentation abilities, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certifications in interior design are an advantage.
- Experience in residential interior projects, preferably with a focus on design-led sales or client advisory.
- Comfort with design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) and basic project documentation and costing.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a client-centric, inclusive approach.
