Role Description This full-time, on-site Interior Designer role is based in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and create detailed layouts and visual presentations for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include space planning, preparing construction and interior drawings, selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution. The role also involves visiting project sites to review progress, resolving design-related issues, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring alignment with INEAZY’s standards of transparency, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop accurate plans, details, and documentation for execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specification for cohesive, high-quality interiors.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization software.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into design solutions.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and experience working on end-to-end interior projects; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors in Bengaluru is an advantage.
