About Us
Dream Travel Yaari is a fast-growing travel company specializing in domestic and international holiday packages. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, and travel policies.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel execution.
Required Skills
- 6 monhts–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Travel Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in the Travel, Hospitality, Insurance, Banking, or BPO industry.
- Candidates from companies such as Policybazaar, InsuranceDekho, Paisabazaar, BankBazaar, or other target-based sales organizations are encouraged to apply.
