We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the film and media industry and a strong understanding of post-production workflows. This role is responsible for managing all inbound sales inquiries, converting qualified leads into paying clients, and building long-term relationships that drive repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all incoming sales inquiries (internal channels).
- Qualify leads to determine if their needs align with our services and capabilities.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database with all client interactions and project details.
- Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to prepare accurate and compelling proposals and project quotes.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing to successfully close sales deals.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand the client's creative vision, project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Act as a consultant, guiding clients on the best post-production solutions to meet their goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in marketing, communication
- .Proven experience 2 years at least as a sales executive, business development, or client-facing role, preferably within the film, media, or creative services industry
- .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- .A solid understanding of the post-production workflow, including editing, sound design, color correction, and VFX
- .Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
