🚨 We're Hiring | HR Recruiter – US Logistics (3PL)
Shine Logistics is looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team! If you have experience hiring for the US logistics and transportation industry, we'd love to hear from you.
📍 Location: Mohali (On-site role)
🕒 Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Logistics roles
✅ Source and hire Freight Brokers, Carrier Sales Representatives, Dispatchers, Track & Trace Executives, Account Managers, and Operations professionals
✅ Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
✅ Manage recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
✅ Coordinate offer rollouts, onboarding, and pre-joining engagement
✅ Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
