Role Description
The Human Resources Generalist at DOIT DIGIFABB INDIA PVT LTD will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR records maintenance in alignment with company policies and procedures. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves administering employee benefits, supporting payroll inputs, and assisting with performance management and appraisal processes. The role includes guiding employees on HR policies, resolving routine HR-related queries, and supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. The HR Generalist will also assist in recruitment coordination, organizing interviews, and supporting compliance with applicable labor regulations and organizational standards. Collaboration with managers and team members to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and support HR projects is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation across the organization.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to support accurate and timely processing.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with HR related tools and MS Office.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing or technology environment and familiarity with Indian labor laws is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Salary
INR 25000 - 35000 per month
