Role: Content Generalist

What you'll do:
→ Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn (long-form + reels/shorts) → Create graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets → Setup studio for recording sessions (camera, mic, lighting) → Upload and manage content across platforms (titles, descriptions, tags, SEO) → Handle content calendar and scheduling → Repurpose content into clips and posts for social media
Must-have skills:
→ Video Editing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve) → Graphic Design (Canva / Photoshop / Figma)
Good to have:
→ Basic camera and audio setup knowledge → Understanding of YouTube and Instagram growth → Your own content (YouTube channel, Instagram page, anything)
