Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Executive / Assistant Manager – Human Resource to manage HR operations across multiple properties within our Uttarakhand cluster. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong hospitality experience who can effectively manage end-to-end HR functions while partnering with hotel leadership to build an engaged and high-performing workforce.
As this is a Cluster role, the selected candidate will be required to travel regularly across assigned properties to support HR operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
* Oversee attendance management, leave administration, payroll inputs, employee documentation, and HR records.
* Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
* Support performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
* Handle employee relations, grievances, counselling, and disciplinary matters professionally.
* Plan and execute employee engagement, welfare, and learning & development initiatives.
* Partner with hotel leadership on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
* Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and manpower analytics for management review.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR processes.
* Travel across cluster properties to support operational HR requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* HR certifications will be an added advantage.
* Relevant experience in HR operations, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
* Strong understanding of hotel HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
* Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
* Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS applications.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
* Willingness to travel across multiple hotel properties.

* Strong understanding of hospitality HR operations.
* Prior experience in cluster or multi-property HR management.

Preference Will Be Given To
* Candidates currently based in Almora.
* Professionals who have worked in Ramnagar, Haldwani, Nainital, or Bhimtal.
* Candidates with prior hospitality industry experience, which is essential for this role.
