Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Mahua Network is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern supports daily HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records. Responsibilities include helping with onboarding and orientation, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The intern may also assist with tracking attendance, coordinating training sessions, and supporting HR documentation and reporting. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations in a dynamic media and entertainment environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with HR-related software or databases.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in building a career in HR within the media and entertainment industry.
