Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern to support our recruitment and people operations. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete hiring cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding.
The intern will work closely with the HR and hiring teams and will be expected to contribute towards
2–3 successful onboardings per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination across the hiring process.
- Work towards achieving 2–3 successful hires/onboardings per month.
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or completed BBA, B.com, MBA (HR), or a related degree.
- Mandatory prior recruitment/talent acquisition internship or work experience.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work towards 2–3 successful onboardings per month.
