About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The primary responsibility will be sourcing relevant candidate profiles for various open positions across multiple industries using different recruitment platforms.
This role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Source relevant candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on the required skills and experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen candidate profiles to ensure they match the job requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding sourcing progress and candidate availability.
- Maintain accurate records of sourced candidates in recruitment trackers.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing targets.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and sourcing strategies.
Eligibility Criteria- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA HR/BBA/B.Com/BA or equivalent).
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing is preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals is an added advantage.
- Ability to identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Good internet research and sourcing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
