We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join Auctor Media and support us in building high-performing teams across content, operations, marketing, partnerships, and creator roles.
This is not a traditional HR internship.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable with digital platforms, enjoys interacting with people, and is excited about hiring for the creator and startup ecosystem.
What You'll Work On
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Instagram, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screening applications and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Supporting hiring drives across different teams and roles.
- Assisting with recruitment operations and hiring trackers.
- Supporting employer branding and hiring initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people operations.
- Comfortable using social media and digital platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Camera-friendly and ready to shoot videos.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus Points
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR.
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or campus hiring.
