Stipend: ₹5,000 / month
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
About the Role
Are you looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? V2u Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated HR Intern to join our team. This 3-month paid internship includes a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify and screen candidates across job portals and professional networks.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and align interview pipelines with hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain candidate records and track recruitment operations.
- HR Operations: Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MBA preferred; BBA graduates are also eligible.
- Experience: Prior internship experience in HR/Recruitment is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and basic knowledge of HR practices.
- Availability: Comfortable working the 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift schedule.
