Eva2z is a fast-growing mobility technology company focused on innovative solutions in electric mobility and IoT. Our product portfolio includes GPS tracking solutions, smart parking tags, and electric mobility solutions and parking tag. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule and manage interview calendars.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Help prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an added advantage.
