Job Opening: HR Generalist (Fresher – 1 Year Experience)
Location: Malad, Mumbai (Candidates from Western Suburbs preferred)
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure across recruitment, HR operations, payroll support, policy implementation, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
* Assist in monthly salary and payroll calculations.
* Implement and maintain HR policies and ensure employee compliance.
* Support employee onboarding and documentation.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases.
* Handle basic HR administration and office coordination tasks.
* Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives as required.
Eligibility
* Fresher to 1 year of HR experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Candidates
* Residing in Mumbai’s Western Suburbs.
* Available for immediate joining.
