🚀 What You'll Be Doing
🧲 Talent Acquisition & Hiring Ops
- Manage job postings across platforms and maintain applicant databases
- Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless candidate communication
📋 HR Operations & Documentation
- Assist in onboarding and maintain employee records
- Draft HR documents — Offer Letters, ID Cards, Relieving Letters & more
- Support payroll inputs and attendance tracking
📊 Analytics & Process Optimization
- Maintain HR trackers and dashboards
- Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
🎉 Employee Engagement & Comms
- Co-lead engagement initiatives and fun team activities
- Create surveys and craft compelling internal communications
🎨 Creative & Digital HR Initiatives
- Design stunning creatives using Canva and AI tools
- Prepare presentations and communication assets that wow
🌟 You’re Our Person If…
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience (yes, internships totally count! 🎓)
- You've got strong analytical AND creative thinking both sides of your brain are firing!
- Fluent in MS Office, Google Workspace, ChatGPT & Canva you speak the language of modern HR
- Excellent communicator in English.
