Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Associate role based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Associate will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding activities, and handling HR documentation. The role will involve supporting training and development initiatives, organizing employee engagement activities, and responding to HR-related queries. The Human Resources Associate will collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure HR policies are communicated clearly, implemented consistently, and aligned with organizational values.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in Training & Development and supporting learning initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic labor laws, HR best practices, and HR software or systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to social impact, youth development, or education-focused organizations is an advantage.
