We are hiring on behalf of a leading Furniture Factory for a Multinational Company in SaudiArabia. We are looking for talented individuals to join our clients growing requirements for their new factory.
Job Title: HR Officer (Furniture Factory)
Job Location: on-site, SaudiArabia

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resources and personnel administration. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SaudiLabour Law, employee lifecycle management, and Saudigovernment HR platforms, with the ability to independently handle HR and government-related processes.
HR & Personnel Administration
- Manage employee contracts, personnel files, and HR records.
- Ensure HR practices comply with SaudiLabour Law and company policies.
- Manage recruitment, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, vacations, and employee records.
- Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate payroll processing.
- Manage GOSI (Social Insurance) administration.
- Support performance evaluations, training, and employee development.
- Prepare professional job descriptions for various positions.
- Issue warning letters and handle disciplinary documentation.
- Manage employee offboarding, final settlements, and End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB).
Government Platforms & Compliance
- Manage employee and company processes through Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and MHRSD platforms. Process and renew Iqama (residence permits).
- Handle visa applications, renewals, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of government requirements.
- Monitor employee documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as HR Officer, HR Executive, Personnel Officer or similar role in SaudiArabia.
- Practical knowledge of SaudiLabour Law and HR regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and MHRSD.
- Experience handling Iqama, visa, GOSI, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Good understanding of the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential employee information.
