POSITION TITLE: Club Ambassador (Guest Relations Executive)
REPORTING TO: Regional Programme Managers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interacting with high profile gueststo promote the lifestyle membership program.
• Handlingmember reservations, complaints and concernsin an efficient and timely manner.
• Work Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM. Weekly Off on Monday or Tuesday.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Presentable, enthusiastic,self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude, professional and outgoing personality is essential.
• Good command of the English language and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and result-oriented.
• On the job training will be provided. Career growth opportunitiesfor deserving candidates.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Up to 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
COMPENSATION
• Salary bracket: INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,80,000 per annum, based on experience and merit.
• Incentives on Membership Sales made.
