Multiple full-time, on-site Guest Services Associate (F&B Service) roles based in Gurugram. The Waiters/Servers will welcome guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve items accurately and promptly. Daily responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver orders efficiently. The role involves answering guest questions about menu items, making recommendations, handling special requests, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. Waiters/Servers will also process payments, follow safety and hygiene standards, and support colleagues during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service to understand menu items, serving standards, and basic service protocols.
- Basic Cooking awareness or interest to communicate confidently about dishes and preparation methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and a respectful, team-oriented attitude.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling bills, payments, and order checks.
