Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional first point of contact for guests and visitors. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling phone calls and inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth front-desk operations. The role involves maintaining guest records, managing reservations updates, and assisting with basic administrative tasks such as documentation and correspondence. The Front Office Associate will help resolve guest concerns promptly, provide accurate information about services and local options, and uphold ELIVAAS standards of hospitality and service excellence. This position requires consistent on-site presence, professional conduct, and a focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Check-in experience, with the ability to manage guest queries and concerns calmly and efficiently.
- Front office and administrative capabilities, including Receptionist Duties and basic record-keeping, with attention to accuracy and organization.
- Professional phone handling skills, including Phone Etiquette and call management, ensuring clear, courteous, and timely responses.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests, team members, and management in a clear and respectful manner.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or front office operations is preferred; familiarity with reservation or property management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time schedule, maintain a professional appearance, and adapt to a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
- Basic computer literacy (email, office tools) and comfort learning new software; fluency in English and Hindi or other regional languages is beneficial.
