Company Description The Fern Residency, MIDC-Pune is a smart business hotel located in the heart of Pune’s key industrial area, serving mid and budget segment business travelers. The hotel features 40 well-appointed rooms designed for comfort, efficiency, and convenience. Guests can dine at Ten Café, a multi-cuisine coffee shop and restaurant offering a variety of food and beverage options. The property focuses on delivering professional service, modern amenities, and a welcoming environment for executive guests. The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhosari at The Fern Residency, MIDC-Pune. This role involves supporting daily food and beverage operations, setting up service areas, and ensuring timely and accurate service to guests. Responsibilities include taking and delivering orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas, and coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to provide a smooth guest experience. The Food and Beverage Assistant will interact with guests courteously, address basic inquiries, and help manage table setups, buffets, and room service when required. The role also includes following safety and hygiene standards, handling basic inventory checks, and supporting special events or functions hosted at the hotel.
Job Descriptions
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and general Food & Beverage handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and delivering a positive dining experience.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or café operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel operations.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is an added advantage.
Candidates based in Pune will be preferred.
Freshers can also apply for OJT & IT
Will provide Food on and Off time.
