Role Description The Event Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end event production, including planning timelines, coordinating technical and creative elements, and managing vendor and partner relationships. The Event Production Manager will develop production schedules, align with clients and internal teams on concepts, supervise setup and breakdown, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking expenses, resolving on-site issues, leading production staff, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders before, during, and after events. The role also involves continuous process improvement, documentation of best practices, and contributing ideas to enhance client experience and event impact.
Qualifications
- Strong production management capabilities, including experience in Production Management and Event Production.
- Proven event planning skills, with a background in Event Planning and coordination of multiple event components.
- Solid budgeting and cost control skills, including Budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and partners.
- Hands-on experience managing live events, preferably in corporate, experiential, or large-scale environments.
- Ability to work on-site with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic MS Office; familiarity with technical event equipment is an advantage.
