🚨 We're Hiring | Electronics Production Manager

Are you an experienced Production / Manufacturing professional from the Instrumentation, Flow Meter, Smart Metering or Industrial Electronics industry?
Aquasense is looking for an Electronics Production Manager to help build and scale its precision electronics & smart metering manufacturing operations.
🔧 What You'll Work On
- Setting up and scaling electronics manufacturing operations
- Ultrasonic & Electromagnetic Flow Meter production
- Smart Water Meter / AMR & AMI manufacturing
- IoT-based controllers and electronic products
- Flow meter calibration systems & accuracy validation
- Production planning, quality and process improvement
- Vendor, BOM and inventory management
- Production team and shop-floor management
- Supporting BIS, Legal Metrology, NABL / ISO 17025 requirements
🎯 What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in production/manufacturing
- B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical or related field
- Experience in Flow Meters / Instrumentation / Industrial Sensors / Smart Metering / Industrial Electronics
- Hands-on experience with calibration is highly preferred
- Experience in setting up or scaling manufacturing operations is a strong advantage
- Experience with IoT/embedded/industrial automation products will be an added advantage
⭐ Preferred Background
Candidates from companies working in flow measurement, industrial instrumentation, precision instruments, smart metering or industrial electronics are especially encouraged to apply.
Important: This is not a generic electronics assembly or maintenance role. We are specifically looking for professionals with relevant instrumentation/flow-meter/calibration + production/manufacturing exposure.
