Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in dubai. The Electrician will install, test, and maintain lighting fittings, fixtures, wiring, and related electrical systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting electrical drawings, performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and carrying out repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role involves collaborating with project teams and site supervisors, adhering to safety standards and local electrical codes, and documenting work performed. The Electrician will also support preventive maintenance schedules and assist with upgrades and modifications to existing installations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in electricity and electrical engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in electrical work, including installation, wiring, and panel connections.
- Candidates should possess abilities in maintenance & repair of lighting systems, fixtures, and general electrical equipment.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to identify faults, diagnose issues, and implement safe, effective solutions.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures, local electrical codes, and best practices for on-site work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and time management skills.
