Role Description This Electrician internship role is an on-site position based in Gurugram, with a salary of 20K. The intern will assist in routine electrical work, including installation, wiring, and connection of electrical systems and equipment. Day-to-day tasks will involve supporting maintenance and repair activities, performing basic troubleshooting under supervision, and helping ensure that all work complies with safety standards and guidelines. The role includes learning to read and interpret electrical diagrams, supporting preventive maintenance schedules, and documenting work performed. The intern will work closely with senior electricians and facility staff to gain practical experience and build core technical skills.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of electricity and basic electrical work, with the ability to apply these concepts in practical settings.
- Skills in maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including routine checks and minor fixes.
- Ability to assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and support resolution under guidance from experienced professionals.
- Exposure to or education in electrical engineering principles relevant to low- and medium-voltage systems.
- Diploma, ITI, or coursework in Electrical Engineering or a related field (students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong commitment to safety practices, attention to detail, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram, learn from senior team members, and handle physically active tasks.
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions and document work clearly.
