Role Description The Electrician role at Kairos Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment across manufacturing and support areas. Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical issues, performing routine inspections, ensuring safe operation of machines, and minimizing downtime through timely maintenance. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, and adhering to electrical safety standards and company procedures. The Electrician will also document work performed, support preventive maintenance schedules, and assist in improving reliability of electrical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong practical skills in electricity and electrical work, including safe handling of wiring, circuits, and control panels.
- Candidates should possess maintenance and repair skills for industrial electrical systems, machinery, and plant equipment.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles relevant to industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Relevant ITI / Diploma or certification in Electrical trade; higher technical qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial facility, preferably with continuous production processes.
- Working knowledge of electrical safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and use of test instruments (multimeters, insulation testers, etc.).
- Ability to follow technical drawings and schematics, maintain accurate records, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
