📌 Job Description
Niftel Communication is hiring Financial Advisors for its US Debt Solution Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, understanding their financial situations, and assisting them in exploring suitable debt relief solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customers' financial situations and assess their eligibility for suitable debt solutions.
- Explain available debt relief options clearly and professionally.
- Assist customers with the enrollment process and required documentation.
- Maintain effective customer communication throughout the process.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Communication: Good English communication skills.
- Shift: Comfortable working night shifts.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
🕒 Shift & Working Days
- Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Fixed Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Mode: Work from office
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 in hand
