Salary: ₹26,000–₹38,000/month + Night Shift Allowance
About the Role We are hiring a Customer Contact Representative to handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls, queries, and concerns.
- Resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Support the team in improving customer service.
- Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Patient, positive, and detail oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
