JUSTDOGS is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Business Development Specialist to increase spa service bookings and product sales across our online and offline channels.
The role involves calling existing and prospective customers, understanding their pet-care requirements, recommending suitable products and spa services, resolving customer queries, and supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with sales calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, order coordination, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development
- Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective JUSTDOGS customers.
- Promote spa services, grooming packages, pet-care products, offers, memberships, and seasonal campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert enquiries and customer leads into spa bookings and product sales.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, abandoned carts, previous purchases, upcoming grooming requirements, and promotional offers.
- Generate repeat business by maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with stores and spa teams to confirm appointments and service availability.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Assist customers with product information, spa bookings, order status, payments, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouses, delivery partners, and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, pricing, availability, and promotions.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate recurring concerns to the relevant teams.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the service standards of JUSTDOGS.
E-commerce Operations
- Support the processing and tracking of online orders.
- Verify order details, customer information, payment status, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, and store teams for timely order dispatch and delivery.
Excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with sales calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, order coordination, and achieving assigned sales targets.
