Role Description
We’re hiring: Customer Experience Executive
At Maisha, customer support isn’t just about answering messages — it’s about making people feel heard, cared for, and confident about their purchase.
We’re looking for someone who is warm, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.
What you’ll do:
– Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media
– Be the first point of contact for all customer communication
– Coordinate with the warehouse team for orders, deliveries, returns, and repairs
– Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth resolutions
– Play an active role in improving customer experience and brand trust

– AI-powered calling for abandoned cart reminders and routine customer confirmations
– Automated post-purchase communication and feedback collection

– AI chatbot to handle common and repetitive customer queries
What we’re looking for:
– Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
– A calm, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset
– Someone who takes ownership and follows through
– Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
