🚀 We’re Hiring | Call Center Support Representative – Genset Business
Escorts Kubota Limited (EKL) – Engine Business Division is looking for a Call Center Support Representative to join our team in Faridabad.
If you’re confident on calls, customer-focused, and comfortable working with Excel and dashboards, we’d love to hear from you!
📌 Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers interested in purchasing gensets.
* Follow up on HO-generated genset leads and understand customer requirements.
* Coordinate with the backend/sales team for lead sharing and further action.
* Regularly follow up on leads and ensure timely closure.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
* Prepare and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports for lead tracking and performance monitoring.
* Support the team in improving lead conversion and customer experience.
💻 What We’re Looking For
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer handling and follow-up skills.
* Good Excel proficiency – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data management, etc.
* Basic understanding of dashboards and reporting.
* Comfortable using a laptop and CRM/call management systems.
* Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Prior experience in calling, customer support, lead management, or a similar role is preferred.

📍 Location: Faridabad
💼 Work Mode: On-site
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
💻 Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop
