Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Image & Video Annotator role based in Faridabad. The role involves reviewing and annotating large volumes of images and videos to support machine learning, computer vision, and analytics projects. Day-to-day tasks include accurately labeling visual data according to predefined guidelines, identifying and flagging issues or inconsistencies, and ensuring that data quality standards are met. The annotator collaborates with engineers, data scientists, and project leads to refine annotation rules, provide feedback on dataset challenges, and support continuous improvement. The role may also involve basic image and video editing for clarity, documentation of annotation processes, and participation in training sessions to stay aligned with evolving project requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing and basic Image Processing to prepare and refine visual data for annotation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research and Training to understand project requirements, follow documentation, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Candidates should possess skills in Photography or familiarity with visual composition, lighting, and framing to better interpret image and video content.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in repetitive tasks, and ability to follow structured guidelines and workflows.
- Comfort with using annotation tools, image/video software, and standard productivity applications.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in data annotation, computer vision projects, or related fields is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory.
