At ExploreOn, we help travellers plan customized holidays across India and international destinations, with a strong focus on Bhutan and Southeast Asia. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and can turn travel enquiries into happy customers.
What you'll do
- Speak with customers over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand their travel requirements and suggest the right holiday package.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build trust with customers and provide a great pre-sales experience.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover after booking.
Who we're looking for
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Someone who enjoys sales and is comfortable speaking with customers every day.
- Most importantly, we're looking for people who want to build a long-term career, not just switch jobs.
