We are currently looking for energetic, goal-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our Business Development team.
Role: Business Development Associate
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving student enrollments by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable programs, and delivering a high-quality sales experience.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹6 LPA(₹3 LPA Fixed +₹3 LPA Performance-based Variable Incentives)
Experience
- 0 – 3 years
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily meetings and counseling sessions with potential learners
- Understand customer goals and recommend suitable educational programs
- Drive enrollments and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and students
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion and engagement

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced EdTech sales environment
Work Schedule
- 6 days a week
- Sunday Off
- Monday to Saturday: Mandatory Working
